Registration Guideline

FCNIC 2026 is the premier interdisciplinary forum for the presentation of new advances and research results in the fields of Future Communication Networks and Intelligent Computing. The conference will bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and scholars in the domain of interest from around the world.

Author: making an oral presentation of the paper which will be published by the proceedings.
Presenter (Oral Presentation only): making an oral presentation on the conference without paper publishing.
Delegate: participating in the conference only as a non-presenter, without presentation and paper publication.

Details of the registration fees

1. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.
2. The registration fee does not include:
   • Accommodation
   • Visa application fee
   • Transportation fare
3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
4. After the article is submitted, the organizing committee will confirm it within 2 to 5 working days after receiving your payment.
5. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao.

Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy

▷ If a registrant is unable to attend the event for any reason, the conference committee encourages you to send a substitute in your place, someone who is one of the co-authors or from the same institute/organization.
▷ Registrations that are cancelled 60 days prior to the conference are eligible for a refund of 60% of the registration fee.
▷ Registrations that are cancelled in less than 60 days but more than 30 days prior to the conference will be eligible for a refund of 40% of the registration fee.
▷ Cancellations made in less than 30 days prior to the conference will not be eligible for any refund.
▷ The bank charges incurred while refunding the registration fee should be totally borne by the participants.

Personal Reason

The conference will not provide refunds or compensation if a registrant is prevented from attending due to circumstances classified as “personal reasons”.

Force Majeure

The conference cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to "force majeure".
Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.
Conference Date and Place Statement
The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of amount to “force majeure” circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.

Personal Security

For the safety of your and others' personal and property, participants are required to wear name card, and those accompanying must wear the name card as well. Please keep the attendance card well. The conference leader onsite has the right to stop those without the name card from entering the meeting room.
Please note that the Organizing Committee will not accept liability for any kind of damage, losses or injuries occurring to persons or personal belongings during the conference. Be sure to organise suitable travel and health insurance.
(Please note that costs for travel, accommodation and insurances are not included in the registration fees.)
